Force Fitness offers personal coaching and personalized training programs designed around you. Whether your goal is building strength, improving fitness, or transforming your lifestyle, we create a plan that fits your body, schedule, and ambitions.

Our approach combines one-on-one coaching with strength training and functional movement to help you perform at your best. Every program evolves with you through weekly adjustments and direct guidance from your dedicated coach.

Founded by Panagiotis Adamopoulos — coaching since 2017, graduated from the School of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, certified Personal and Weight Trainer (EQF L4) with multiple international seminars in exercise and rehabilitation.
