Founded by Panagiotis Adamopoulos — coaching since 2017, graduated from the School of Physical Education and Sport Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, certified Personal and Weight Trainer (EQF L4) with multiple international seminars in exercise and rehabilitation.
